When Three launched their amazing Dancing Shetland Pony TV ad, we were tasked with distilling the essence of the ad (and the brand) throughout the customer journey. It was all about sharing and the feeling that this engenders.
Emails contained, not just a brand message, but also reasons to get online and get sharing – from funny videos to a Pony Mashup app.
Plus we created an email driving customers to The Guardian’s “silly stuff” aggregator website – sponsored by Three. Miles away from the boring old customer comms Three used to do, and creating a real feelgood factor among clients. So good, we reduced churn by 50% over three (appropriately) years.
